A group of kiters and friends together at the Kitepower beach bar on the El Gouna lagoon

Team-building · corporate off-sites · clubs · groups of 6+

Team-building on the water — your whole company, one beach.

Bring your company (or club, or crew) to one owner-run beach for an off-site people actually talk about: lessons for every level, our 250+ kite fleet, SALT catering and a sea-view coworking room for the workshop half — all planned around your team.

Typical conditions: 15–25 kt N–NW typical · gusting to 28 kt · water level varies with tide
  • Up to 25 instructors in season
  • Still max 2 per instructor
  • Our own SALT catering
  • Sea-view coworking room

One group · one beach · the right challenge for every level

One team. Different levels. One shared rhythm.

This is not a stack of disconnected activities. It is one group moving through the same day: briefing together, learning at the right level, meeting again at SALT and making space for work or a new plan when the wind changes.

The brief

01 Before the flight

First, tell us who is coming — not which package you want.

Send one message with the group size, rough dates and mix of levels. We shape the trip around the people, then confirm the moving parts with one contact before anyone arrives.

Every group trip is planned and quoted individually; there is no fixed group ticket.

  • Company off-sites and team-building trips
  • Kite and wing clubs or crews
  • Friend groups of roughly six people or more

The level split

02 Same crew, right challenge

Different levels should change the lesson. Not split the trip.

Beginners follow structured IKO courses, improvers move into coaching, and independent riders use rental equipment and open water. Everyone gets the next step that fits — on the same lagoon.

Standard lessons stay at max 2 students per instructor. Advanced coaching for capable, level-matched independent riders can be arranged for up to 4 riders on request with multiple complete setups.

  • Up to 25 instructors in peak season
  • 250+ kites plus wings, boards and foils
  • Equipment selected for the level and the day's wind

The beach day

03 Split on water, together on shore

Every subgroup gets its own session. The group keeps one horizon.

The lagoon, school, rescue boats and equipment all run from our owner-operated stretch of beach. Nobody is sent across town and nobody has to build a day from separate providers.

One beach makes it easy to move between lessons, independent riding and the moments when everyone comes back together.

  • One plan and one point of contact
  • Lessons and equipment in the same place
  • A shared base for the whole group

The reunion

04 Back at one table

They split by level on the water. They come back together at SALT.

Group lunches, drinks, coffee breaks and dinners happen at our own beach club and restaurant, metres from the water. The day keeps its rhythm because the team does not scatter around El Gouna for every meal.

SALT is part of the same beach day, not a separate stop on the itinerary.

  • Group catering on the beach
  • Lunch, drinks and dinner in one place
  • Water sessions and downtime stay connected

The reset

05 Work and plan B

Workshop. Call. New wind plan. Still one beach.

The sea-view coworking room gives company groups a quiet place for a workshop, strategy session or focused work. If the wind pauses, boat foiling and pumpfoiling need no wind, while El Gouna's other activities are close by.

You keep one contact; we adjust lessons, gear, food and downtime around the group.

  • Sea-view coworking room
  • Boat foiling and pumpfoiling for no-wind water time
  • Golf, marina, desert and other El Gouna options nearby

Why us for groups

One owner-run beach — everything a few steps apart.

We're owner-operated on our own stretch of beach: the lagoon, the school, the rescue boats, the coworking room and SALT are all in one place. For a group that's the whole point — you don't coordinate four separate providers, you talk to one, and everyone stays together from the first lesson to the last sunset.

It also scales. With up to 25 instructors in peak season and a 250+ kite fleet, a big club or company group still rides at a real standard max 2-students-per-instructor ratio — nobody queues for gear, and nobody rides a kite that's wrong for the day's wind.

  • Single point of contact — one plan, one team
  • Everything in one place — water, gear, food, work, downtime
  • Scales to big groups — with standard max 2 per instructor, plus advanced coaching up to 4 on request

How to arrange it

Tell us the group — we build the trip.

A group trip isn't a fixed online ticket — it's put together with you, because a six-person friend group and a thirty-person off-site need different plans. Here's how it works.

  1. 1Message us with the basics

Group size, rough dates and the mix of levels — a quick WhatsApp is enough to start.

  2. 2We build a plan & a price

Lessons split by level, gear, SALT catering, coworking time and no-wind-day options — scoped and quoted for your party.

  3. 3We confirm with one contact

One person handles it all with us, so the group turns up to a trip that's already sorted.

  4. 4You ride together

Everyone on the same beach, split into the right groups on the water and back together at SALT.

Group trips in El Gouna — the facts

  • Kitepower El Gouna hosts group, corporate and private-party trips for companies, kite/wing clubs and friend groups of roughly six or more, arranged individually rather than sold as a fixed ticket.

Group & corporate trips — your questions

How big a group can you handle?

Big ones. In peak season we run with up to 25 instructors and a fleet of 250+ kites, so a club or company group scales while standard lessons stay at max 2 students per instructor. Capable, level-matched independent riders can arrange advanced coaching for up to 4 riders on request with multiple complete setups. Tell us how many people you're bringing and we'll build the right plan.

We're a mix of complete beginners and experienced riders — does that work?

Perfectly. That's the most common group we host. We split you into the right sub-groups — beginners on structured IKO courses, improvers on coaching, independent riders on rental and open water — all on the same lagoon, all meeting back at SALT for lunch. Nobody is held back and nobody is thrown in the deep end.

Is this good for a company off-site or team-building trip?

Yes — it's one of the things we're set up for. Learning to kite or wing together is a genuine shared challenge, our own SALT beach club handles the catering and dinners, and the sea-view coworking room lets you fold in a strategy session, a workshop or a talk without leaving the beach. The whole thing runs on one owner-operated beach, so the logistics stay simple.

How much does a group trip cost?

There's no fixed group price — every trip is scoped to your party, because a six-person friend group and a thirty-person company off-site need very different plans. Tell us your group size, rough dates and the mix of levels, and we'll put together a plan and a price for exactly your trip. Message us on WhatsApp or arrange it at our reception.

Do you provide the equipment, or do we bring our own?

All gear is provided — our fleet runs to 250+ kites plus wings, boards and foils, all current-season and sized to the day's wind. Everyone rides on our equipment, so the group only needs to pack swimwear. Riders who prefer their own gear are welcome to bring it too.

Can you handle food and lunches for the whole group?

Yes — we own SALT, the beach club and restaurant right on our beach. Group lunches, drinks, dinners and coffee breaks all happen there, metres from the water. There's no need to scatter across town for meals, which keeps a big group together and the day flowing.

What happens on a day with no wind?

Two answers. First, your group can still ride WITH us: boat foiling (towed behind our boat) and pumpfoiling both need zero wind, so a flat day can still be a session. Second, El Gouna is a full holiday town — golf, the marina, boat trips and the desert are all minutes away. Because everything centres on our own beach, switching the plan is easy.

Is the whole beach yours?

Yes — we're owner-operated on our own stretch of beach, with the lagoon, the school, the rescue boats, the coworking room and SALT all in one place. For a group that means a single point of contact and everything within a few steps, instead of stitching together separate providers.

How do we book a group trip?

Just get in touch — a group trip isn't a fixed online ticket, it's arranged with you. Message us on WhatsApp (+20 128 888 2047) or ask at our reception with your group size, rough dates and the mix of levels, and we'll come back with a plan and a price built for your trip.
