Collected Data
Name, surname, contact details, booking information, payment data, photos/videos (with consent), newsletter subscription.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Bookings, payments, course management, marketing (with consent), and service improvement.
Legal grounds: contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest, or explicit consent.
Storage and International Transfers
We retain booking and customer-service records only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual and legal obligations, or until a valid deletion request applies. Individual retention periods depend on the type of record and applicable law.
Some service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, the provider and controller must use an applicable transfer safeguard and the protections described in the provider's privacy terms.
Messages and the AI assistant
When you write to us, we use AI services to help prepare the answer. The text of your message is passed to the provider solely to prepare our reply to you.
- Web chat and WhatsApp — the assistant replies on its own, straight away. It runs on Anthropic models hosted via Cloudflare.
- E-mail, Instagram and Facebook messages — the assistant only drafts a reply and a person from our team reads and approves it before anything is sent. Depending on the model in use, the provider is Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. Messages on Instagram and Facebook are also processed by Meta Platforms, and our team is notified about them through Telegram.
We keep these conversations for 24 months; afterwards they are deleted and only anonymous statistics remain. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time — write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority, particularly in your country of residence, work or the alleged infringement. For matters involving the EU controller, you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies and Analytics
We use a cookie consent tool to manage your choices. Cookies fall into three categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work (security, remembering your cookie choice, basic preferences). These are always active and need no consent.
- Analytics — usage, device and performance measurement that helps us understand how the site is used. Loaded only with your consent.
- Marketing & external content — advertising measurement, Google Maps, YouTube, the 360° tour and the optional AI chat. Loaded only with your consent.
Depending on your choice and the feature you use, providers may include Google, Meta, Microsoft, Pinterest, Seznam, Smartlook, Cloudflare, Anthropic, Matterport and KiteHub. Our booking is handled by KiteHub, which processes the information and technically necessary storage required to complete a reservation and payment. The embedded KiteHub form is a core booking service and loads without analytics or marketing consent. Loading it may create technical requests to KiteHub and its configured tag infrastructure. This site forwards your analytics and marketing state as denied unless you grant the relevant consent; the booking form itself remains available.
You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via . The consent record is stored in this site's local storage; to remove it manually, clear the site's stored data (local storage and cookies), not cookies alone.
Photos and Videos
Images of guests may be used for promotional purposes only with prior consent.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by email.
Security
All data is protected by technical and organizational measures including HTTPS encryption and restricted access.
In case of data breach, authorities and affected individuals will be notified as required by law.
